Refund policy

At Mama Made Poured Decisions, each item is handmade and often customized just for you. Because of this, we have the following return and refund policy in place.

Custom & Personalized Items
All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. This includes custom sips, personalized designs, and any item made specifically to your request.

Ready-Made / Non-Custom Items
For ready-made items (non-custom), we accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

Unused
In its original condition
In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund once the issue is confirmed.

Refunds
Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Local Pickup Orders
All local pickup orders are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us prior to pickup or within 24 hours of pickup.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once work has started, cancellations are not accepted.
