Processing Time
All orders are handmade and processed with care.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment.
Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on design complexity and order volume.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery method.
- Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50
- Flat-rate shipping options are available for smaller orders
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers in select areas.
- If local pickup is selected at checkout, you will receive a notification with pickup details once your order is ready.
- Pickup times are coordinated by email or message.
Order tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Mama Made Poured Decisions is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once your order has shipped.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
